Na návšteve u priateľov / Visit at friends

Koncom Februára som mal zaujímavú príležitosť pozrieť sa k našim severným susedom. V Drážďanoch pôsobí skupina priaznivcov agilných metodík Agile Saxony, ktorú vedie Jens Korte zo spoločnosti Syndato (ďakujem za pozvanie).


Podobne ako u nás, stretnutia prebiehajú reštaurácii – Das Brauhaus am Waldschlösschen, najstaršej pivnej reštaurácii v meste. Stretnutia sú nepravidelné. Tento večer sa zišlo viac než 30 záujemcov rôznych profesií a zamerania. Boli tu manažéri a majitelia firiem, ktorí sa chceli dozvedieť viac o metodikách, boli tu projektoví manažéri a scrummastri alebo ľudia z akademického prostredia. Na akciu pricestovali zo širokého okolia, z Chemnitz, Lipska, Cotbusu alebo Berlína. Formát večera sa tiež mení. Tentokrát nás Jens nás rozdelil do skupín, kde každá dostala jednu úlohu/otázku a spoločne pripravovala odpoveď a jej prezentáciu pre ostatné skupiny. Medzinárodná výmena skúseností je dôležitá a preto neváhajte a zájdite sa pozrieť.



At the end of February I have got an interesting opportunity to visit our neighbors at the north. In Dresden works group of agile enthusiasts Agile Saxony, led by Jens Korte from Syndato (many thanks for invitation).

Similarly as we do, the meetings are held at restaurant Das Brauhaus am Waldschlösschen, the oldest beer garden in the town. The meetings are irregular. That evening showed up more than 30 people of various professions – managers and owners of companies willing to learn more about methodologies, project managers and scrummasters or people from academia. They have arrived from large area, from Chemnitz, Leipzig, Cotbus and even Berlin. The format of the evening is changing, too. This time Jens split us into the groups, where each group got one task/question and prepared response and its presentation to other groups. International exchange of experience is important, so do not hesitate and go to visit.
